Event Planning Committee Volunteers
Prevail holds three major fundraisers a year. Each event would not be possible without the passion and dedication of the planning committees that make them possible.
Prevail’s City vs County Bowl-A-Thon Challenge
Our City vs County Bowling Event is a fun, friendly competition between City of Noblesville and Hamilton County employees. This event began with City of Noblesville Parks Director, Brandon Bennett as way for the community employees to get to know each other. Mr. Bennett then turned it into a fundraising event in 2000 to give back to Prevail. Since its inception this event has raised well over $300,000 for the agency. This event takes place in late February.
Committee meetings kick off late summer, end early March and are typically held over the lunch hour.
Prevail’s Spring Fashion Show
Our Spring Fashion Show is Prevail’s second largest fundraising event! This event started in 2012 and has raised over $250,000 in the last seven years! Our 2019 event was an outstanding success! This luncheon features a runway fashion show, inspirational speaker and much more! This event takes place in early May.
Prevail’s Celebration of Hope
Our largest fundraising event! Our Signature Gala is a black tie optional, plated dinner. The event features an inspirational speaker, live dance band, table wine, large live and silent auction. Our Celebration sells out at 400 guests and provides a great networking opportunity for our business community. This event brings in over $200,000 for Prevail and takes place in late August.
Committee meetings kick off early fall, end late summer of the following year. There are two meeting times available, one over the lunch hour and one in the evening.
